In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have paid us in the past twelve (12) months, or, if you have not paid us any amount, one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00).

5. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The courts in New Delhi, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be settled by arbitration administered by the Indian Council of Arbitration (ICA) in accordance with its Arbitration Rules. The seat of arbitration shall be New Delhi. The number of arbitrators shall be one. The language of the arbitration shall be English.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
